I have a BA American Express Premium Plus Companion Voucher to use, does this mean i can use it within Club world?

I only have 86,000 avios and want to use the voucher for a long haul destination and it expires on 24 Jan 2024.

Looking for ideas on warm destinations i could use the voucher to travel to with my partner and to make the most of the value ideally in club world but i don't think i have enough avios for that and it seems I would have to pay around £1400 to buy another 80,000.

My potential option would be to travel to Dubai in premium economy and i would need to pay £280pp on tax.
