This also bothered me a lot... even just walking through the lower lobby makes for a very uncomfortable experience. Which is a pity since they have a nice new pop up café down there, which makes excellent coffee to go -- also some good pastries. I wonder if this A/C issue is a technical issue or intentional.

Great feedback, glad to see at least some service recovery in place for the many issues you faced.
