Is LATAM still bookable but must call in to book?

I try to look for Jan or Feb available MIA-EZE, nothing available. However I see AS shows a 2 connections routing though no way to tell whether AS availability is phantom seats or not until making payment!

Anybody in BA forum can shed a light on the status?
