If you are flying business on VS, then go to the new Delta One check in which is on the arrivals level curbside on T3, very near the TBIT exit. It's the best way into T3 even if you get your bag dropped at TBIT, which will have private check-in, security and direct elevator to the SkyClub.
If you aren't in business, ignore all that I said LOL.
