Is $99 one way YVR-YYZ below cost?
I've been monitoring the air fares between YVR and YYZ for a while now and over the last few months, I consistently see YVR-YYZ being offered by AC, WS, and HQ at $99 one way. Isn't this below cost? How much does it actually cost for an airline to operate an aircraft between YVR-YYZ now-a-days? Plus cost of crew, airport fee, travel agent commissions, catering, aeroplan miles?

Who's trying to price who to death?
