Was originally booked ITM-NRT-LAX in Y but changed a few weeks ago to KIX-SFO-LAX for $128 per person to R figuring better chances of upgrade. Sadly 2/3 of us need to end up back in the bay so we'll likely need to pop back up LAX-SFO after we land that afternoon. Good thing I need the segments to hit Gold.
