I think the facts are too unclear for anyone here or at Southwest to provide much help. I'll lay out why below (please read to the end before responding).

What do you mean by "suddenly logged out?" You were actively doing something while logged in on the app, and then you suddenly saw the screen change to show you not being logged in?

The plot thickens. Did the events described in the OP happen on the old phone or the new phone?

If the answer to the previous phone is "on the new phone," did it happen before or after this other app misbehaved and you wiped the phone to start over?
