The return flights (booked through the same booking through the Qatar Airlines website) New Delhi->Doha is a partner carrier Indigo, and Doha->Atlanta is Qatar Airways. In that case, would we need to retrieve our checked bags and go through customs & security? Our connection time is 2 hours. If so, would we benefit from using the gate concierge service?

Jokes aside, as long as it is one ticket, you will get your luggage checked through to your final destination.
