I found a couple of years ago, sat on the upper deck LHR-HKG, the temperature dipped quite considerably. Added to that, I also found that the oxygen levels seemed to be pretty low - to the point where I felt quite worried. I let the FA know, and they seemed to sort out the problem pretty quickly.
