Can I do this upon landing in NRT (from US) around 1pm? Looks like there are JR ticket offices in both T1 and T2-3 . I assume that's where I'd also buy the initial NEX ticket into Tokyo. However, the hours say closed between 8:30 and 18:00 or 20:00
