Does Five Star guarantee being driven to your gate at JFK if it’s in the satellite concourse? Or more likely a CK request being granted?

I was in the Chelsea lounge in JFK on Friday and a lady there asked one of the servers to check if she could be driven to her gate as it was in the satellite concourse. Didn’t seem like she was disabled/needed a wheelchair or anything, and not sure if she was CK or had Five Star.
But we left the lounge at the same time and she was indeed being escorted down by an AA agent in a high vis vest meaning she was being driven to her gate.
So does five star or CK guarantee this benefit?
I could’ve used a drive to my gate which was also in the satellite terminal, had a few too many glasses of krug in the lounge 😂
