It still has amazing views of course, but it's location/orientation, and then comparing that to The Regent, means I don't think it has the best views in town.
Regent is an unbeatable “architectural” product and I just love staying there lately and have stayed 3X since it reopened. Some issues with the new interiors esp in the room but nothing that would ruin a stay. The breakfast was a yawn and service ( overall) at the start was at best patchy and improved slightly on subsequent stays.
New rooms ( plus suites) progressively opening incld a club floor - but I won’t be rushing to try them out.
Location has never been my favourite for convenience ( I like Sheung Wan / Causeway bay ) so one needs to plan well. But it’s not beyond redemption - the views of the HK skyline compensates.

One of Rosewood biggest problem is the use of the elevators ( the confronting rows of elevators one faxes ) for both room and outside guests which can be frustrating and a security concern. Stayed at Rosewood in 2019 but not since and have no plans to. But I try to go to their incredible bar with live music on every visit. It really is superb.
