Staying here again for two nights and have to report a massive downgrading of executive lounge offerings compared to my stay in April (reported in this post).

No more afternoon tea with sandwiches, canapé and cakes. Food during evening cocktail was a fraction of what was on offer in April. Two types of canapés, soup, charcuterie which had almost all gone by the time I arrived at 5:15pm and replaced later by some cheese, Caesar salad, karaage chicken, and two types of desserts.

Let’s hope breakfast is still ok. I usually have breakfast in the restaurant rather than the lounge but a note “We offer variety of breakfast items with some local Hiroshima options” on the printed sheet about the lounge I was given intrigues me. So I may have one in the lounge tomorrow and one in the restaurant the day after.
