Never seen this before just flew on G-DBCF A319 (ex BMI) to Oslo, at Check-in we were moved from 10A & 10B to 10A & 10C (Emer exit row) due to non-reclining seat in 10B.
We got on board & burst out laughing, there was no seat back at all on 10B. (See pic)
It was like sitting in CE, with extra legroom,with an empty seat between us, it was great
The Lady in 11B also had some extra legroom, but no tray.
Seat 10B very airy!
The thing I find sad about this is the number of A320’s which were sent to scrap with much newer seats still in situ, seats which could have been removed and used to bring these aircraft up to the same standard as the rest of the Airbus fleet. Corporate waste at its finest.
