Thanks. I tried booking round trip WTP and indeed was offered buy up on LHR-SEA leg for about the same price as it should be for both LCA-LHR and LHR-SEA. Since LCA-LHR is a 5 hour flight, having a bit of extra space would be useful, although it’s Eurobusiness.
I do not understand your reasons for “difficult” transaction. I purchased tons of mixed class tickets, including with Cyprus origina and it looks like BA has most problems

. What specific Cyprus ticketing restrictions you refer to that are different from any other EU point of sale? Note that specific problem is only limited to certain cheaper fare buckets, it prices correctly if I select flights where cheapest fares are sold out.
The only reason we still need to call airlines in 21st century is outdated IT from 1980s still used by some airlines and GDS systems.

So regardless of what you have been told, I would expect this to be a manual ticketing process, the onscreen ticketing tools can't handle a lot of issues. Some online travel agency sites may be able to handle this since they will drive away from the Cyprus point of sale if it suits them to do this. It may actually be an occasion where going to an old fashioned high street travel agents in Larnaca would get the best deal. The other option I guess is to book WTP all the way through, which should work, and then either AUP or UuA the LHR-SEA leg afterwards. Alternatively, book in WTP and then call up within 24 hours to amend the LCA-SEA legs.
