Definitely The Regent. Rosewood slightly suffers from having that square-ish structure that's not parallel to the harbour trying to give 'harbour views' to every room (e.g. the "East Hong Kong Island side harbour views" - which, are actually really nice of course and don't mind it at all), but it does mean that from any one window, you don't see the full scale of the skyline across to the Hong Kong Island side.You get this view that's almost westward looking from most 'harbour' room windows - Central, Sheung Wan and West Kowloon, although some windows (e.g. the bedroom) might have a more eastern leaning view.
It still has amazing views of course, but it's location/orientation, and then comparing that to The Regent, means I don't think it has the best views in town.
