That's why I just paid 5 bucks...to see what was written in an award reservation that they screwed up 3 times for me.

Although I was not pleased to read in the terms & conditions that I was also giving them permission to run credit reports whenever they feel like it. And the account cancellation required 30 days notice?! So whenever I want to cancel I'm still going to get charged another month?

edited: just tried to check my itinerary and I got "An unexpected error has occurred. If the problem continues, please contact our support team." I hope it works better later.
