After all the back and forth the agent must have been fed up with the OP and any retort from the OP would have made the agent give the pass. The OP could have said he is Chipotle diamond at that point and still get the pass.
It's not that there is a by pass button on the agents screen for CK. It appears that issuing the pass is at the GA discretion.
BTW and off topic , dont CKs have a dedicated secret check-in area? I know GRU used to have one
I want to be completely honest in saying I have done nothing to deserve CK minus working for a firm with a large contract with AA. Pre Covid there were some nice bells and whistles many of which I didn’t even know existed. I found a lot of stuff like the airport helper person a little over the top I have t actually checked in at an airport since covid so I not really sure what has returned on that front,
