FA’s come from all walks of life. No one should be surprised that some do not understand a simple cocktail service before a meal. Some people grew up in a house where adults had cocktails and nibbles before dinner. Not everyone is exposed to that or the experience of eating in fine dining establishments. I’ve had FA’s place the ramekin on the cocktail napkin. This is why DL needs to stop cutting corners on basic training and service delivery expectations.
