I think I know the answer, but just want to check with those in the know:

Easier/less walking to stay in the airport at the Westin? How far are the rental car shuttles from the hotel?

Or stay on Tower Blvd. which sounds like it would be 2 shuttles the next morning - one to the airport then another from there to the cars?

5 min walk, at most, from the Westin to any of the shuttles. Definitely a shuttle back to the airport and then a shuttle to the car rentals places if you stay off Tower.
