I have some insite on this. First of all, book the 30kg extra before hand. Then chat with Indigo about the weight outside of 45kg and ask if you can prepay for that. They should let you probably 500-600 INR per kg.
Otherwise, you can go to airport pay for the excess, I think it'll be 850 INR per kg.
