You are not really paying for a B fare presently but it is a results of have O/A/R fare and a segment without PremPlus (and better chance of upgrading).
International B fares are general much more expensive than R and likely even A.
if i find R-B availability, i should be able to change the ticket without repricing if it's a round trip ticket and the outbound has been used (and meeting other non-routing requirements) right?
