Where was it stated that it is against the rules to escort a 20yo? I haven't seen it. There was the snippet of the explanation of what the program was from AA, but nowhere is it even insinuated there is a rule or policy to be followed. "[M]inors, the elderly, etc." are listed as examples, and the "etc." allows for other reasons, which -again- are not listed. I can't see the first example of what the OP did wrong in the legal/regulatory area.
