Re-booking means the ticket will need to be repriced. You can repriced the return in economy but B will be prohibitively expensive. But you can ask.
You are not really paying for a B fare presently but it is a results of have O/A/R fare and a segment without PremPlus (and better chance of upgrading).
International B fares can be more expensive than R.
