I would check with the online calculators of each FF scheme how many points etc would be credited to each based on the specific ticket bucket/carrier you have bought. Only you can really choose which points might be more useful to you.
5am is heading into peak time at DOH. OneWorld status will allow you one guest per each member who has a qualifying tier, so if I were you I would investigate paid lounges or non lounge options
