reading the tech specs (90 W power supply with 105 peak) it is likely the in flight power would trip under use (my phone/computer trips it under much less wattage). that presumes in flight works throughout the flight which may/may not be the case for a variety of operational reasons. IMO you should never assume in flight power is reliable, particularly for a medical device. FWIW, what is your backup for a power outage at home?
