I have not flown Delta or LATAM long haul business class. I have options for about the same price for both (DEN-SCL with stop in LAX or ATL). The Delta option is A350 with the 2-2-2 configuration in business (not the suites). LATAM 787 is also the older 2-2-2 configuration. Timing for both is pretty good, so the choice comes down to the soft product (seat, food, service). I'm curious what Delta flyers who may also have experienced LATAM have to say. I appreciate your feedback.
