FWIW, a couple months ago I had a flight departing at 8:10 am. We went down with our luggage to have a quick breakfast in the hotel at 6am (right as it opened) and caught an Uber at 6:20 am, which got us to the airport in 15 minutes. That breakfast though, was totally worth it!

It was enough time to pass through security and walk to the gate, but we didn’t have any checked bags. Not a whole lot of time to spare, but it was comfortable enough.
