Maybe it depends on the route? I did BHX-BHD return in September. Had read that Emerald were late, unfriendly etc, but it wasn't my (limited) experience. Slightly delayed departure from BHX due to torrential rain and some issues with numbers, but bang on time coming back. Crew really nice - especially ex BHD where they even took the time to chat and say hi. So bit hit and miss it seems. Maybe the ORK ones are unhappy for whatever reason.
