Confirmed that like Pasmo, mobile ICOCA in Apple Wallet does not earn 4X on Biz Gold card. Only Suica does.

Why are you doing any of these things? The phone doesn't even need to have enough battery left to boot up the operating system to use an express transit card. Just touch it to the gate.
