I managed to luckbox a very good stay at the Crockfords in spring 2022. I booked a FHR rate as HH Diamond, and got stacked benefits which covered the buffet for two at the Kitchen plus the $125 dining credit. No surprises here, but it was good value. The luck part is that after asking we got a strip view suite upgrade on a Saturday night stay.
Fast forward one year, and there is a joke breakfast at Dawg House, check-in at the Conrad which is not a real Conrad compared to any other Conrad (I believe many would agree with this). Having stayed at the Conrad as well, the service was a smileless letdown. Maybe they are now trying to differentiate Crockfords suites and somehow trying make them look more upscale, which would let them charge more. The problem just is that comparable better, real luxury properties like the Wynn are miles ahead. I would book Crockfords only at bargain prices and with stacked benefits but never as a splurge.
do they automatically take off $100 for 2 night stays( assuming diamond is $25 for 2pp for 2 nights) or they are pretty strict with using it per night and have to split $50 each day? My least favorite part of any stay is to try to correct and reconcile bills at the end of the stay
