Delta never truly operated PDX HND after getting the slot, and even in the NRT days it was quite on and off. In fairness to Delta, the slot in Haneda was available from March 2020 so it has been a challenging period. The route could probably work better for JANA, as they have domestic and Asian feed in to Tokyo.
