I know to stay away from the outside shuttles, if I can.

That said, I don't think I can check in for BA at any of the terminals, can I? They are in D, and I assume I'd need to go to their check-in desk there. I know when I flew QR from DFW I had to go to their check-in desk in D.
I know that B and D are connected after security (airside), but are they connected before security?
