Did the rounds of the lounges yesterday around 9pm :
Air France - Nope. No reason given.
China Airlines - "Sorry, we don't accept Priority Pass after 7pm"
Golden Gate - Sign on the door saying no Priority Pass after 7pm.
Virgin - Sorry, we're full. Come back in 40 minutes. In fairness, this did appear to be true. ie, it wasn't simply a time-based refusal, but one based on actual capacity.
Air Canada (not PP) - closes at 8:45pm

The positive news was that by the time I did the rounds and then took a leisurely walk back to T3 (including a wander around T1 where I haven't been before), my flight was just starting to board!
