Check to see if Namibia requires a special visa if you transfer through ZA/ JNB. Also, some airlines, like BA, erroneously do not allow transfers via JNB/ZA on separate tickets and will deny you boarding on the first flight if you are not ZA admissible. Check the drama in this thread….
