Comments: Received an upgrade to a signature view casita 3 days prior to arrival, without using an SNA or reaching out to my Ambassador or the hotel about any available complimentary upgrades. We stayed in casita 289, that is in a great location. Our back, ground level deck had a view of the mountain and shade throughout most of the day. Directly out our front door, was Hoppin Jacks and the Jackrabbit pool. Jacks was undergoing renovations while we were there, but the noise was pretty contained and didn't disturb us in our room, or at the pool very much.
