If you don't mind walking ~10-15min, parking at Amazon-owned garages is free nights and weekends (4pm-2am week days, 8am-2am Saturday and Sunday).

The nearest garage to Climate Pledge should be the Amazon Day 1 Garage, at 6th and Blanchard (entrance on Blanchard) -- https://maps.app.goo.gl/2G1Dq2ppQP2EiLG39

These are also going to be the cleanest and safest garages in the area, plus free EV charging if you're driving an EV down.
