App/website password resets - anyone else?

Hey there fellow WNites,

About a week ago, I was suddenly logged out of the Android app, and I had to change my password. I did so using Chrome on my phone. Didn't think much of it.

Today I got an email from Southwest stating that someone logged in using my credentials, and that my password was reset as a result. It told me to go to southwest.com (NOT via a link) to change my password.

I logged in using my existing password (that I created a week ago), and I was able to get in. Makes me wonder whether today's email was delayed by a week or so. I changed my password again today just to be safe.

Anyone else experience this?
