I'm flying a 772, and wondered if the second "mini-cabin" in Signature (rows 8-11) is different from the forward cabin in terms of service and noise.

Are premium economy/economy meals serviced from the galley between rows 7 and 8?

Is the service less attentive in the Signature "mini-cabin"?
