Yes. Search on the website for 'Cologne', 30 Dec to 2 Jan yields 19 hotels, with Cologne Marriott Hotel top of the list.

I've been doing this in Private Mode to remove any influence of account settings or cookies. FWIW just tried again with me logged in and it still works OK.
