Plenty of time. From SEA, you'll arrive in Terminal A, C, or possibly D. Then you'll use the SkyLink train to go over to Terminal D (or possibly A), where your flight to FCO departs. For normal walkers most gate transfers at DFW can be made in 10-15 minutes or less. You'll have time to stop eat a sitdown meal (or visit a lounge if you have access).
