Hello everyone! I have a question about United Airlines. Are they currently blocking the use of American Express Platinum cards for purchasing travel bank? It's nearing the end of the year, and I haven't used any of my credit to trigger the credit with my selected airlines. As a test, I used my Chase United card, and it went through without any problems.
attached is some screenshots of what im encountering ..I contacted Amex, and they informed me that the charge is going through, but its immediately refunded by the merchant. Unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance from United's web support.
