Yes it works. All you need is to book a ride while in terminal (using for example public wifi) and go beyond the airport parking lot barrier - approx. 150-200 meters straight from the terminal.
Bolt drivers are waiting there. Payment only in cash (as much as specified in
app's rate).
Btw. Bolt is often a normal taxi using an app, just like in Europe.
