Depends on what you are looking for on the J product. If your priority is to sleep, CX J perfectly fine in my opinion, especially since they give you an extra duvet for your bed on longhaul flights. The seat is also quite comfortable for lounging around to watch TV. ... F&B on CX has never been anything to write home about though I'm not sure how it compares to QF's.
Thanks for your thoughts. I suppose I’m not particularly concerned about difference between the two in regards to the hard product, as both will be fine for my needs. I was wondering more about the soft product, and, in particular, I find F&B contributes significantly to my enjoyment of the flight, so I just want something a little better than ‘edible’—I don't need ‘delicious’—and an acceptable wine selection.
