et al have problems establishing themselves at other airports, so with Bolt at Tunis and with its operations in wider Tunisia. Taxi drivers resisted the incursion of Bolt (and other operators) at the airport, and so where Bolt drivers respond to airport calls, the pick up point is some distance from the terminal building.
Ride-sharing hasn't been on a solid footing in Tunisia: I think it's still restricted to the capital and Sousse. If Bolt does manage to negotiate a "legal", stabilised operation at Tunis airport, it will probably entail a supplement to pick-ups.
So by all means attempt to arrange a Bolt pick-up from the airport, but expect a bumpy ride!
