On a serious note, I avoid international to domestic transfers in SYD, it's awful. The planes may use the same runways but for all intents and purposes the international and domestic terminals are two separate airports. BNE is a tad better, MEL is best. Don't know how many of UA's connecting customers are aware of this, however.
