Hello, I am trying to link my Executive Club to the Privilege Club to move my avios but I am directed to the British Airways page request for a "One time password" that I never set up and therefore receive... it is frustrating... All the details are the same in both accounts but I cannot move on from this page... I have been calling BA several times with no help... Any of you experienced the same issue? I cannot link the accounts because of this stupid OTP which I don't receive!
