Stayed here from 10/31-11/03 for work. Paid nights and didn’t want to be in a closet at Hilton Midtown with others.

Upgraded to studio suite on 21st floor. Early check in was accommodated. It was reasonably quiet with expected NYC noise. AC was not silent, but not distractingly loud. Blackout shades did their job.

Water pressure and hot water were good, even at busy times.

2 bottles of water per day were proactively delivered to room by housekeeping. This was much appreciated at the end of long days.

Breakfast could be in restaurant or delivered to room. Never took advantage of it. Overnight room service menu available, but didn’t need to utilize this time.

Location was easy. Duane Reed nearby for essentials. Transportation was readily available.

Staff was efficient and professional.

The lack of plugs in room was frustrating. The lack of light made it hard to work on overcast days.

Overall, great value for the price with Globalist perks, especially for midtown during Marathon week.
