What I noted: if you indicate KL as your FF program at the SV website and give your number, posting is not automatically and you have to claim via the FB website. Via chat this goes really quick. This is what I had to do in May.

If you indicate AF as your FF program on the SV website and give your number, miles and XP are posted within a day. This is what I did for my current flight.

You can add FF numbers also if you booked with an OTA via manage my booking or so, or by 'completing personal information' on the SV website.

Either way, no doubt SV is eligible for XP and miles and they will be given to you. One thing - always make a photo of boarding passes if you did not internet check in and had your boarding passes sent, as proof.
