Outstations have been quite ok. Delayed twice out of DUB for late arriving incoming a/c. Most of my delays have been YYZ-YOW and YOW-YYZ. Frequencies have NOT returned to pre-pandemic levels on the Rapidair triangle. One bad delay results in a domino effect with 13F doing an unplanned overnight in YYZ.
